The countdown to Great Friday is on!  Along with some delicious beer from Mill Street, Junction Craft and Double Trouble, there’s going to be a couple of amazing dishes from Bricks and Mortar:

• Santa Maria Tritip Sandwich: BBQ Smoked Tritip, with Santa Maria rub topped with creamy coleslaw and candied Jalapeños
• Mac and Cheese: Over a buttermilk waffle and garnished with roasted red pepper

Plus beer mustard if you choose to top off either!

And remember, for this event only we’re doing a special shuttle bus down to the Mill Street Beer Hall, where there will be an exclusive promotion for Brewer’s Backyard guests – $10 for a Mill Street stein of beer, and you get to keep the stein!  A great Friday, indeed.

Great Friday runs this Friday, April 18th at the Evergreen Brick Works, at either the Koerner Gardens or Young Welcome Centre, depending on weather.  We’ll be running special extended hours of 12-6pm.  As always, the Brewer’s Backyard is free and is all-ages.  We hope to see you then!
