Introducing Balmoral’s Outrage, the best of a British-style ale with a brazen infusion from India.

‘Twas a story of friendship, passion, quite likely love, most definitely anger, in a castle, between a Queen, her Indian manservant and a gaggle of enraged Royal residents at Balmoral.

No one truly knows the details of what exactly went on between Queen Vic and her “Munshi” one fateful, private evening when they slipped into a cottage on the castle grounds and remained together overnight.  But it was enough to spark outrage from the assembled British nobility.

And so, to this day, the “Munshi” will forever be Queen Victoria’s Secret, a treasured counsel and close confidant who brought fury to the Royal household.

Together with Sawdust City, the Brewer’s Backyard honours Queen Victoria’s Secret with BALMORAL’S OUTRAGE, a British-style ale brewed with flavours and rich botanicals inspired by India.  This exclusive collaboration beer will be available for one day only at Queen Victoria’s Secret on Monday, May 19th, at which time we’ll also reveal the exact ingredients the beer was made with.

How to try Balmoral’s Outrage: We will be selling a limited number of samples, at the top of every hour at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm.  This way as many people as possible throughout the day can try Balmoral’s Outrage.  We will be selling Balmoral’s Outrage in 6 ounce sample sizes, which will be served in a take-home collectible souvenir glass.  Other sample sizes or full cups of Balmoral’s Outrage will not be available.  All other beers at Queen Victoria’s Secret will be available in 12 ounce cups as usual.  Enjoy!
