In our post from earlier in the month we announced some of the details about our Canada Day Brewer’s Backyard event, entitled the Group of Seven.  And in that post, we mentioned only six participating brewers and food vendors who are going to join us on Canada Day.

Well, we’re thrilled to announce our seventh participant for the Brewer’s Backyard: Spirit Tree Estate Cidery.  We’re really excited about this, as this will mark the first time we’ve had a cider partner at the Brewer’s Backyard.  Spirit Tree, located in Caledon, has been earning great accolades for a number of years now for their lineup of delicious ciders, and we’re happy to have them at the Brewer’s Backyard.

The Brewer’s Backyard: Group of Seven will take place on Tuesday, July 1st (the actual holiday) from 11am – 4pm in the Koerner Gardens and Holcim Gallery areas of the Evergreen Brick Works.  Spirit Tree will be joined at the Brewer’s Backyard by Great Lakes, Nickel Brook, Oast House, Left Field, Kanga Meat Pies and Sugar Pie Honey Bunch.  Admission is free and the event is all-ages, and goes rain or shine.  We hope to see you there!
